**This is a Hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Palo Alto
The Day to Day:
- Responsible for heavy business calendar management for multiple executives
- Successfully coordinate domestic/international travel with detailed itineraries
- Manage expenses and process invoices with great attention to detail
- Plan and execute both onsite and offsite events
- Collaborate with EA team
- Act as back up to Reception on as needed basis
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience providing admin support
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to schedule with precision and accuracy
- Meticulous with details
- Team mentality
- Effectively multi-task and show great communication skills
- High proficiency in technical skills
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Salary: $80k - 100k + Bonus + Superb Benefits!
